Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for courses purchased from WP AI Bootcamp.

WP AI Bootcamp is operated by Atsyc Corporation Ltd. If you have questions about this Refund Policy or want to request a refund, contact us at hello@wpaibootcamp.com.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your course purchase. Eligible refund requests made within this period are handled on a no-questions-asked basis, subject to the limits in this Refund Policy.

To request a refund, email hello@wpaibootcamp.com with:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for your account or purchase
  • The course name
  • Your order number, if available
  • An optional short reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to support and refund requests within 2 business days.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You request a refund more than 7 days after purchase
  • You have watched or completed 50% or more of the course
  • A course certificate has been issued to your account
  • Your access was revoked because of account sharing, misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • You purchased the course using unauthorized payment details or we reasonably suspect payment abuse or fraud

Account Sharing and Misuse

Course accounts are for one person only. Sharing login details, giving access to another person, reselling access, or allowing multiple people to use one account is strictly prohibited.

If we detect or reasonably suspect account sharing or misuse, we may revoke your access to the course or website. No refund will be given in these cases.

Certificates

If a certificate has been issued for a course, the course is treated as completed for refund purposes. Refunds are not available after a certificate has been issued.

Downloadable Resources

Some courses may include downloadable files, templates, prompts, code, documents, or other resources.

Downloading course resources does not automatically remove your refund eligibility. However, refunds are still subject to the 7-day refund window, the 50% course progress limit, certificate issuance, and the other restrictions in this Refund Policy.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will normally refund the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other payment method used for the purchase.

When a refund is approved, your access to the refunded course may be removed.

Payment Provider Fees and Currency Differences

Payment providers, banks, or card issuers may apply their own processing times, currency conversion rates, or fees. We are not responsible for delays, conversion differences, or fees charged by third parties.

Course Availability

Course access is intended to be lifetime access for as long as the website remains live and the course remains available on our platform.

If we decide to permanently shut down the website or discontinue course hosting, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students by email. Where practical, we will provide course files or course materials in a downloadable format for a period of 7 days after that notice.

Website shutdown, course updates, course restructuring, or changes to course content do not automatically create a refund right outside the refund rules stated in this Refund Policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at hello@wpaibootcamp.com so we can try to resolve it.

If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, your course access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed by the payment provider.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

The refund terms that apply to your purchase are generally the refund terms in effect at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law or gives you additional rights.
