Last updated: May 24, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of WP AI Bootcamp, including our website, courses, course player, downloadable resources, quizzes, certificates, Q&A areas, reviews, and related services.

WP AI Bootcamp is operated by Atsyc Corporation Ltd. By creating an account, purchasing a course, enrolling in a course, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the website or purchase our courses.

Contact Details

For support, billing questions, refund requests, or account help, contact us at hello@wpaibootcamp.com.

We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days.

Eligibility

Users who are 13 years old or older may create an account and enroll in courses. If you are under 13, you may use the website or enroll in a course only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for making sure that any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Accounts

You may need an account to purchase, access, or complete a course. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are strictly for one person only. Sharing your login details, giving access to another person, reselling access, or allowing multiple people to use one account is strictly prohibited.

If we detect or reasonably suspect account sharing, abuse, unauthorized resale, or misuse of course access, we may suspend or permanently revoke your access to the course or website. No refund will be given in these cases.

Course Purchases and Payment

Courses may be purchased through our website using the available checkout options. Payments may be processed through WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, Stripe with Apple Pay, or other payment providers shown at checkout.

Prices, discounts, and availability may change at any time. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and account information. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where we suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment use, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting hello@wpaibootcamp.com.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You request a refund more than 7 days after purchase
  • You have watched or completed 50% or more of the course
  • A course certificate has been issued to your account
  • Your access was revoked because of account sharing, misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions

If a refund is approved, your course access may be removed. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times and rules.

Course Access

When you purchase or enroll in a course, you receive access to that course through your account.

Course access is intended to be lifetime access for as long as the website remains live and the course remains available on our platform. However, we do not guarantee that the website, platform, or every course will remain available forever.

If we decide to permanently shut down the website or discontinue course hosting, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students by email. Where practical, we will provide course files or course materials in a downloadable format for a period of 7 days after that notice.

It is your responsibility to download any provided shutdown materials during that 7-day period. After that period, we may no longer be able to provide access to the website, course player, certificates, downloads, or course files.

Course Content and Updates

We may update, replace, remove, reorganize, expand, reduce, or discontinue course content at any time. This may include lessons, videos, quizzes, downloads, examples, templates, tools, links, and certificates.

We aim to keep course content useful and relevant, but technology, WordPress, AI tools, third-party platforms, APIs, pricing, and best practices can change quickly. Some lessons or examples may become outdated over time.

Downloadable Resources

Courses may include downloadable files, templates, prompts, code, documents, or other resources.

You may use downloadable course resources in any way you like, including for personal projects, client work, business use, and learning purposes.

This permission does not give you ownership of the course itself, the website, the brand, the course videos, or the full course materials as a packaged product. You may not resell, clone, repackage, or redistribute the course itself as a competing course or membership product.

Certificates

Certificates may be issued when you complete eligible courses. Certificates are proof of completion only.

Certificates are not a degree, license, professional accreditation, government-recognized qualification, or guarantee of employment, income, client results, or professional status.

We may provide a public certificate verification page so that you or others can verify whether a certificate is valid.

User Content

The website may allow you to submit content such as Q&A posts, replies, reviews, ratings, quiz answers, notes, support messages, or other communications.

You are responsible for the content you submit. You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, spam, misleading, infringing, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate.

We may remove, edit, hide, reject, or moderate user content at our discretion, especially where it violates these Terms and Conditions, affects other students, creates legal risk, or harms the quality or safety of the learning environment.

By submitting public content such as reviews, Q&A posts, or replies, you give us permission to display that content on the website as part of the course platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, rent, or transfer your account access
  • Attempt to bypass course access controls, payment checks, or security features
  • Copy, scrape, download, record, or redistribute course videos except where downloads are specifically provided
  • Use the website for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity
  • Upload malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users, instructors, or support staff
  • Interfere with the website, servers, checkout, course player, or other users’ access
  • Use automated tools to access, scrape, test, overload, or attack the website without permission

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or revoke your account or course access without refund.
